We are delighted to have been awarded the 2021 Culture Transformation Award from Human Synergistics at their Annual Culture Conference on 8 September 2021.
The GI Hub adopted agile ways of working in 2019. To complement these we implemented, under the executive leadership of Chief Operations Officer Srima McQuillan, a tailored, measurable, and bold action plan to transform our organisational culture into a flexible, empowering, and transparent culture. The plan centred around engaging our different teams, fostering collaboration, developing measurable outcomes, and working cohesively to develop concrete solutions to improve overall company culture.
The positive results of the action plan were quickly apparent. Hannah Grimble, Senior Human Resources Advisor said, “We remeasured our culture recently and were overwhelmed by the positive change and improvements made toward our ideal culture. It was wonderful to also have this achievement externally acknowledged by Human Synergistics. We look forward to embedding and sustaining these results within our culture to continue to make the GI Hub a great place to work.”
