The Global Infrastructure Hub’s Hyeyoung Kim and Morag Baird joined World Bank PPP and Infrastructure Consultant Rob Richards for a webinar discussing how infrastructure projects in Korea are assessed and determined to be Public Private Partnerships.
Hyeyoung Kim is a Principal Policy Officer with the GI Hub, on secondment from Korea. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in legal, regulatory and contractual arrangements for public-private partnerships, developed through extensive experience in the Public and Private Infrastructure Investment Management Centre at the Korea Development Institute.
Morag Baird is on secondment to the GI Hub from the UK Department of International Development. Morag is a senior infrastructure adviser with over 25 years of experience working on infrastructure issues particularly in developing countries.
