The GI Hub Joins SMI’s Blended Finance Task Force

The GI Hub has formed a strategic partnership with the Sustainable Markets Initiative Blended Finance Task Force. Launched earlier this year, the Task Force aims to identify blended finance solutions that enable the private sector to increase investment and deploy capital to accelerate the net-zero transition, particularly in emerging and developing markets where climate change has an even greater impact.

As a strategic partner, the GI Hub will provide leadership and collaboration to help develop a stronger pipeline of projects, scale de-risking tools and solutions, and increase engagement between public and private sectors.

We look forward to working with the Sustainable Markets Initiative, strategic partners, and members of the Task Force to help mobilise finance at scale in pursuit of tangible, scalable, and lasting sustainable business and financing practices.
