What global organisations are doing to scale up blended finance

The infrastructure industry is calling out for tangible solutions to bridge the infrastructure investment gap – at present these remain scarce and are not coordinated.

In the July/August 2022 issue of InfraInvestor, GI Hub’s Chief Executive Officer, Marie Lam-Frendo and Strategic Adviser, Denis Crevier detail the importance of leveraging blended finance to drive private investment in sustainable infrastructure.

The in-depth analysis provides real life examples of global organisations that have overcome common and existing barriers to scale up blended finance. In addition, they offer up three actions that need to be adopted alongside the optimisation of blended finance to enable private capital into infrastructure projects at the ground level.
