The report illustartes the challenges and gaps in infrastructure provision in Africa. The report focusses in particular on the allocation of resources between urban and rural spaces and examines the benefits from improved urban and rural infrastructure from a regional integration perspective. It also discusses funding and financing and the role of institutions and the AfDB in infrastructure.
