This publication discusses the challenges and opportunities for developing African aviation and the experience of the AfDB and other Development Finance Institutions in the aviation sector. Based on these insights, the AfDB introduces its framework and guidelines to support the aviation sector, including a framework for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the AfDB policy in this sector.
