The Maritime and Logistics Profile is a portal which includes port activities, maritime market information, modal activity and recently added information for multiple countries' infrastructure and logistics profiles within the region. The Maritime and Logistics Profile was created in 1999, with the objective to promote and facilitate studies on maritime transport in Latin America and the Caribbean. At present, this profile aims to highlight the increasing importance of the logistics sector and the inland waterway transport, providing references and data related to the latest trends and policies while providing information in order to facilitate the research on ports, transport and logistics.
