The PDMF Guidelines provide the detailed process to be followed by the Implementing Agencies (IAs) in order to apply for PDMF support for project preparation activities, the process to be followed for the recruitment of consultants and management of consultants contracts funded by the PDMF and the overall management of the PDMF fund. This document specifies the project preparation activities and documents that can be prepared using the PDMF fund, and the IAs and projects that are eligible to obtain PDMF support.
