The PPP Center Manual of Operations is a guidebook that provides the guidelines for effective performance and completion of core tasks and responsibilities of the PPP Center. The manual mainly focuses on the PPP Center s selected core processes, such as project preparation, management of the Project Development and Monitoring Facility (PDMF), project appraisal, monitoring and evaluation, and conducting training and capacity building activities for NGAs and LGUs in PPP project preparation and development.
