The Project Disclosure Portal was launched in 2018 by the Government of Kenya with support from the World Bank, as a push to improve transparency of information on PPP projects. The portal is a digital platform that provides information on multi-sectoral projects at various stages of the PPP lifecycle. It serves as a marketing and stakeholder awareness tool, which provides the rationale for choosing the PPP model as the procurement method, the rationale for unsolicited proposals, scope, project estimated costs, likely sources of revenue and associated project documents. The PPP Unit is responsible for managing the portal. Publication Date: 2018
