This Checklist for PPPs has been prepared from the point of view of public policy makers and decision-makers in countries at various levels of development and capacities for the purpose of a high level assessment of a PPP project. For successful PPP projects it includes an initial framework which emphasizes on importance of politics, economics and execution. It seeks to provide public policy makers with a tool which can help them ensure that key requirements in projects are fulfilled. The checklist includes questions on project specific and overarching environment which provides context to the project and covers entirely the concept to completion of contract term phases of a PPP project.
